What is covered

  • Every paid product: Audit, Pro Audit and Audit pack, used or unused.
  • You keep the report you received — no need to delete anything.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method. Most banks show the money within 5 to 10 business days.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@webpilotaudit.com, or reply to your Paddle.com receipt email.
  2. Include the order number from your receipt, or the email address you paid with, so we can find the order.
  3. We confirm within one business day and issue the refund straight away.

Fine print

  • The 14 days start from the date of purchase.
  • Failed audits are never charged in the first place, so there is nothing to refund.
  • Payments and refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. WebPilot is operated by Do Thanh Duy.
