Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 November 2026
WebPilot is operated by Do Thanh Duy, an individual sole trader based in Vietnam ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of WebPilot. By using the website or buying an audit you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
WebPilot measures the SEO and performance of public websites and explains the results with AI. It provides information and recommendations only. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, speed score or business outcome.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract. Sign-in is through Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping it secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to scan only websites that you own, manage, or have permission to test, and public competitor sites where we read only publicly available pages. You must not:
- use the service to attack, overload, probe for vulnerabilities in, or gain unauthorised access to any system;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, credit checks or other safeguards;
- resell or white-label reports as your own product without our written permission;
- scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use it in breach of any law.
WebPilot is not a security-testing tool. We may suspend or block accounts and addresses that misuse the service.
4. Prices, credits and payment
Paid products (Audit, Pro Audit and Audit pack) are one-time purchases with no subscription and no automatic renewal. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any sales tax (such as GST or VAT) that applies where you live, so the price you see is the price you pay. Credits do not expire. Launch prices may change for future purchases; the price you paid is never increased.
An audit that fails on our side is not charged, and any credit used is returned.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle.com provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle.com's buyer terms, which are shown at checkout.
5. Refunds
Paid purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for how to request one. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Your content and our reports
You keep ownership of your websites and the data you give us. You give us a limited licence to process that data to provide the service. The reports we generate for you are yours to use for your own business, including sharing with clients or your team. WebPilot, its software, design and branding remain ours.
7. Accuracy and AI
Measurements are taken from a simulated mobile connection at a point in time and can vary between runs. AI explanations and action plans can contain mistakes. Review any change before you apply it to a live site, and keep backups. You are responsible for decisions you make based on a report.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties (for example Google, Supabase, an AI provider and a payment provider). Their availability and terms are outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party websites you audit or links you follow.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but provide it "as is". We may change, pause or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
10. Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer because you scanned a site without permission or otherwise breached these terms.
12. Termination
You can stop using WebPilot and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes should first be raised by email so we can try to resolve them informally.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect after we post them and, for signed-in users, notify you. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
